Force WinUAE Resolution Option

When WinUAE change from RTG to AGA/ECS and vice-versa a lot of flickering happens and the resolution of the screen changes, sometimes to worse, and this is a problem to high resolution LCD users. Other problem is that switching from Windows and WinUAE and vice-versa takes time if the screen modes differ.

Would be useful an option "Force RTG resolution" to force the conversion of the RTG output to the WinUAE fullscreen resolution defined in the Display panel, and resize/scale the RTG output to the real screen size.

There are already some scaling options in Expansion panel that should do something similar.
