Alright!

Hello everyone!

Not quite my first post - I first came here a month or so ago, after unearthing the old A1200, looking for help and a very EAB member helped me out (Thanks again!).

Partly as a result of that generosity I stuck around and began to read about all the stuff going on with Amiga these days, got hooked, and ended up buying: a 4GB CF HDD, a PCMCIA CF adapter, WHDLoad and an ACA-1231 and installed ClassicWB and a ton of games.

So, I'm nearly a very happy boy! But I'll post about that 'nearly' elsewhere!

Very pleased to be here and thanks for all your help so far.

Nathan

Hi Nathan, and welcome to EAB!

Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself here. Yours is actually a very familiar story - it's how we ensnare a great many of our new recruits.

Oh, and be warned: the "very nearly happy" bit is quite familiar to us too, and it's usually a prelude to shelling out on quite a bit more gear!

I was afraid of that. So long as no one tells my good lady how much it all costs I should be alright!
