They should build an fpga 060 card, the speedboost of your miggy will be great...but on the other hand, there is no need for it if you want to play games.. then is a 030 enough

I agree with Photon. 060 at 100MHz is still pretty badass. Even if it doesn't have MMU and FPU. Especially if it can be obtained at a good price. (I don't know how much those chips cost though)

I think it's time for ACA1220. The 030 was the runt of the litter and mhz per mhz a cheap 40mhz 020 would breath new life into many a 1200.

40MHz might be a bit of a stretch. But I would gladly go for a 28MHz 020, with 32 MB RAM. It would hopefully have the famous "Jens optimizations" which means a very fast RAM.
The question is, can 020 CPUs still be found ?
