One button Master System games.

Are there any games for the Master System that are playable with a one button controller? It'd be great to play AMS with a joystick. But I'm not real familiar with the system.

Try an arcade stick for the megadrive... Then you can use two buttons

What is inside handle of MS Control Stick? Or maybe it's hollow?

I'd be surprised if it wasn't just hollow plastic.
