Battle Squadron is very similar to Hybris in some aspects. Both are from the same developer team (Innerprise)


Here's a screenshot of it.

Edit: BTW, this is a shot fom the Mega-Drive version. They don't look too much different, but the Amiga version plays better

sequel to BENEFACTOR

that game had so much potential.. and the concept was excellent! was unique in its golden age and still is today.

i emailed the digital illusions (dice.se) team little while ago asking if they could remake the game for today's generation pc and console systems. i did get a reply

I'm wondering though. In Benefactor you could load data disks. Were there ever any data discs released?

the puyo puyo arcade board was Sega C2 same at the thunderforce AC pcb i have got.

it looks like simalar to the megadrive 1 board

when I got the email they said Thanks and that they forwarded my email. And that came from 'Marcus Legler' yup!

I wish they did make a new Benefactor. There is so much potential in that game. They could push the barrier further or maybe create generated landscapes. As long as they keep the merry men and their transformation machine then it will be awesome.
