I got another Monkey Island version from Hedning, it has a different sticker and this is actually the one that belongs with the left side he provided earlier.

Here is Zak McKracken... it used to be the box for the Atari ST version but the sticker have fallen off making it the Amiga version
The box was in very bad shape... also there is pencil drawing on the front (next the Zaks hand holding bread) but i guess it can easily be fixed in photoshop.

Here are some more scans:

barbarian_psygnosis_c64_boxscan.zip
cartooncollection_c64_boxscan.zip

obliterator_atarist_boxscan.zip
platoon_st_amiga_boxscan.zip - no platform sticker on the sides i scanned so it can be used for Amiga version also
stormmaster_atarist_boxscan.zip - very bad shape, might not be useful?
highwaypatrol2_atarist_boxscan.zip

On some boxes i flatten them out like the Zak McKracken scans but those did not fit in the scanner so for example the front/back scans have parts of the sides wich must be cut away... but it is easy to see where it has been folded so you know what is actually part of the front/back and side.

About aspect ratios... "Another World" and "Speedball" are using the two most common box types (excluding budget release boxes) for Amiga (and ST games) and i think they deserve to have their own templates when you make the 3D renders, as it is now they have the same aspect ratio but infact the "Speedball" type of box should be wider than the "Another World".

BTW... Jim Power has the aspect ratio of Speedball box... slightly thicker though but could use the Speedball aspect ratio without looking too bad

Well, according the the scans Speedball has an AR of 0.78 and Another World 0.82 and thus they fall into my 0.8 template. Having two templates should probably hardly be noticeable. In the future I might have a look at the AR templates but right now I'll have to do.

edit:

Well, actually if you could specify the dimensions for the most common boxes I could make tamplates for those (And I'll remake the older ones when I have the strength)

They were actually a bit small, they're usable, but if you can, scan them at about 300 dpi and save them with a pretty high jpeg-quality.

Here's two more, the latter for C-64:

As you already have the Speedball (0.78) type box aspectratio and Another World (0.82) and i guess you done the budget type boxes (Kixx, hit squad, sizzlers, codemasters) template already with correct?
Then there is another fairly common boxtype.. and thats the one used for Operation Wolf and Gauntlet 2 (i scanned the ST version) if you just make a template based on the scan aspect ratio then you have most common box types.
The Another world type is used by many PC games also (sometimes the height might differ but it is up to you if you think it should have its own template when you make the 3D renders).

Maybe the Psygnosis box types deserve it's own template? the aspect ratio of most of them are like the Speedball but lesser height (they are thinner).

I scanned some PC boxes:
World Rally Fever
Sanitarium
Quest for Glory: Anthology
Lands of Lore 2
