The thing with people, is well we're pretty much stupid when it comes to these things.

I used to live by the cost, and we had flood warnings and the old air raid style sirens were going off.

Rather then do the sensible thing and move stuff upstairs and get the sand bags out me and mates went down to the seafront to watch the waves.
