BTW, an interesting note, if you search in the comments under that article, you can see that Dave Haynie himself commented on it
To say he is less than impressed would be an understatement.

5 says our "friends" at CUSA don't seize this opportunity to get hold of the brand so they can claim their knock offs are real Amiga's. Or is that me just been too pessimistic.

I think like a few people on here I would just like to see the Amiga name die a graceful death now. It's time to take the old horse out to the pasture and put a double barreled to it's head and pull the trigger.

I think EAB is the place where it's not only a few. Good to see that Dave Haynie is with us

Yeah. It's just a shame that all this trademark stuff has to be dragged out again.

Almost worse for me are the twitter messages right under the comments, which spread such stupid news without any sign of reflecting the subject. I'm getting tired of nowadays tons of information, which contain no information at all.

What amazes me is that somebody must be paying for all this. Does the Amiga brand really attract customers to buy low spec tablets?

Judging by what people are willing to pay for the Commodore branded stuff then it wouldn't surprise me. I can imagine that there will be some candidates waiting in line to balls up the brand even more too.
