Commodore/Amiga closeout

Just noticed this on the other Amiga forum: Raymond Computer http://www.raymondcomputer.com/ is getting rid off all Commodore and Amiga stuff. <Quote> What is not picked up or spoken for goes to electronics recycler. </Quote>

I would take them if there wasn't 8000km between me and Raymond Computer

Yes, someone should watch all bins near this store. Our friend can not end in the dump.

Exclamation

Don't be too enthusiastic, everyone.

I hope that ANY of you guys have noticed that the last page update dates back to 02 September 2008!
Most of the hardware might already have been sold since then.

Go to a.org to see the thread yourself. There's an email from raycomp dated October 24, 2010 3:30:09 PM CDT

Gee, you've lost me now.

But if raycomp posted to a.org in person, well, then it ought to be a recent thing indeed.

Apologies, but without the information source you now gave (and which you didn't disclose until I wrote my post) this was hard to guess w/the mere seller's web page at hand...
