WinUAE 2.3.0.0 on MacOS X/Crossover
If someone is interested in this: WinUAE 2.3.0.0 is working perfectly on MacOS X using Crossover 9. But only if you install DirectX July 2010 (the Aug. 2009 edition is not working!). After that switch to DirectX output in WinUAE GUI and use fullscreen. It took really a while for me to find this out...
Unfortuantely WinUAELoader is not working at all. At least I was not able to run it. The only thing that would be of interest is how the WHDLoad games could be used with e.g. AmiSys 4? I unpacked a game and tried to start it by double clicking the icon in Workbench but most do not work. Any idea? |
