Burseg is right
You better get a ScanDo if you want to play games on a PC Monitor because the Amiga Output is 15kHz and you would need a Multisync PC Monitor to get a Pic onto the screen You can only use WB and WB Apps/Games with that adapter if you use the DblPal or VGAonly Screenmode but nearly all games switch back to PAL/NTSC while booting and youŽll not get anything onto your PC Monitor !

The A3000 doesn't have a scandoubler built-in. The 15 Khz outout still need of a multisync or 15Khz monitor.
AFAIK. Mozzo, i've got the adapter and it works a treat for productivity modes, but if you want to play games, do as Retroman says. A scandoubler is a very good investment IMO. |

A3000 DOES have a deinterlacer/flicker fixer circuity onboard (Amber), the same as A2320 ficker fixer card that I have in my A2000, so it can be connected to a VGA/SVGA monitor - it has one VGA DB15 male, analog RGB connector.

Yup, A3000T was IMHO the best Amiga ever made... not to talk about A3000+ (a few were even sold)
but I suppose thats not the topic of this thread ![]()
