ClassicWB on CF as Hard drive

Hi, recently I installed classicWB ADV on a CF. It works well but with some programs I had some problems, for istance Dopus doesn't work (it gives me an error trying to load - I don't remember exactly but a message error said that dopus can not be opened since there were other programs running, and there was no running) or some demo and game (ad example State of the Art) that were running well but sound was disturbed.

There's some particular setting to do with a CF or the problem can be due to the CF (a sandisk) or to Amiga (A1200 without tv modulator, removed for the VGA output of the Indivision AGA)?
