Amiga File System

Hi there folks, a couple of days ago i got my A500 CF-HD ruined, so i need to rebuild it. I got it wasted because the drive got unvalidated and then to validate a 3gb partition is too much for a plain 68000.

So here's my question, is there any alternative-non-volatile-so-stable file system that could work on a 68000? The alternatives i've found on Aminet
would require at least a 020 CPU...

Any idea?

I fear there is no alternative.

DiskSalv should be able to validate it.

Or connect it to a PC and let WinUAE validate it.

Hmmm, then i'll set partitions as small as possible, just in case i need to leave the A500 to validate 'em. And set a system partition really tiny including useful stuff.

Thanks Thomas.
