Change Icon question

When I iconify Genesis it sits happily on the WB desktop but it has a standard MUI icon in this state. How can I change the Genesis icon in it's iconified state from the MUI one to something a bit better looking and more appropriate, I would like it to just be the Genesis Icon itself, which is a little globe with a plug going into it... am I making myself clear?

I bet this is really easy and I am going to look a fool... again...

Did you already try to copy Genesis.info to ENVARC:Sys/def_Genesis.info ?? Unfortunately, I don't need Genesis under WinUAE.

If I look in... System/Prefs/ENV-Archive/Sys there aren't any def icons for Genesis at all...

Yes, I don't know if it works. Just try:
copy Genesis.info ENVARC:Sys/def_Genesis.info

Didn't work but thanks - I think it may actually be something in the MUI settings... I'll investigate...

It's strange, because when I use the MUI/Iconify function of Scout or PhotoFolio for example then MUI creates an AppIcon on the Workbench with the images taken from their program icons, exactly as you want it.

Update:
But I get the same problem here with SysSpeed like you explained it for Genesis.

Conclusion: Some application programmers took more care for their AppIcons than others.

If nothing helps you could change the ENVARC:Sys/def_MUI.info image, but that's the default AppIcon for all MUI applications, of course.

@Peter

You could use the ClassAct version of Genesis instead of the MUI version. My iconified icon looks like the same glow icon as the program itself has.

That is a thought matthey...

I think PeterK is correct - it is the default MUI icon which appears in this instance but changing that would change it for all MUI iconified programs so that might look a bit weird - for the minute I have changed MUI settings in both Genesis and Netconnect Dock to not show any icon when iconified but just to add the option to re-instate them from the tools menu.... makes WB look a bit clearer without all these MUI icons hanging around TBH
