Got this out of habit of loving all things Commodore but this is a very poor prodcut. The interface needs a whole new rework (can barely see the screenshots and no 'full screen mode' is poor).

Whats included is very minimal - around 150MB of data. There's around 100 games and a couple of hundred demos on here.

Frankly Gamebase is vastly superior.

If anyone buys this then they're a mug, and Cloanto can kiss my ass.

Why would anyone pay so much for a crippled/restricted version of a FREE product that is so easy to use a Sinclair fanboy could get it working.

Fail indeed.

Hi,

Seems a bit steep to me when CCS64 is free! I loved my C64! And still have it and it works great (OK I know this is an amiga forum)

As an aside I have pretty much all of the Compunet Demos rar'd up if anyone wants me to upload them? 145Mb

@Aliennerd

Hi,

I was on Compunet very early on, and played M.U.D a bit but spent more time downloading demos and chat rooms! Oh and running up a HUGE phonebill (that came out my paper round money)

Ah yes the phone bills, if I remember correctly playing MUD was an additional 1.75/hr, goodness knows how my Dad put up with it, I spent hours and hours on it. I played as Feanor the Wizard and would love to get in touch with players from those days.
