How to get RTG master work

I've huge problems with rt master libraries, all games exept Napalm says that "can't find libraries, have you installed them to LIBS:RTG" and yes they are there.

Problems are wit Genetic species, Nightlong, and now even with napalm wich worked just fine until I reinstalled those libraries.

There are in prefs:env/RTGmaster folder but that is ympty, should there be something?

Snoopdos doesn't say where those games try to find them

The latest main RTGmaster archive on Aminet (v42) is perhaps too old?

There are several versions of RTGMaster on Aminet.

The most recent being v42. Make sure you've at least got that version.

Still, v42 is 11 years old! Perhaps that was the last?

I've allways has problems with rtg master, but lately I bought Nightlong and I really wist to get it work.

If I get one game work other start to complain. I've noticed that I should newer ever save configuration jusr click use from rtg master window

Not had too many troubles but I'm using PicassoIV and P96 which is probably the most common setup.

Shouldnt be too tricky to get rtgmaster working with nightlong. Things to check is to make sure you only have 1 gfx driver installed in libs/rtg (the cgx one in this case). You dont need any of the c2p files installed. In cgx4, check the prefs to make sure you can see 15bit screenmodes.

Nighlong says that "no prober screen mode availlable, are you installed rtg master libraries toi libs/rtg"

I'ven't hide 15bit screen modes, but cgx prefs proggie they are shown together as 15/16 bit screen modes, not as a 15 and 16 separately.

Screen mode pref program I can choose 15 or 16 bit screen modes separately
