Petike@AV reached the end of his road... :(

Folks,

I know many of you knows nothing about Peter Horvath alias Petike@AV, but an extraordinary guy he was who did a lot for the hungarian Amiga community, so from my point of view he deserved it to be mentioned here, although this time it has a quite sad reason.
At the age of 38 he passed away, because of a heart-sickness.

And what he did? Sponsored Amiga-only parties, founded Amiga shop in Hungary, created a uniqe papermag called Amiga Világ (Amiga World in hungarian) which lived for more than 2.5 years, with a co-writer and some guest-writers (like me), and so on.
His advices, and support will be missed.

R.I.P.

A sad loss to the Amiga community and a tragically young age to pass away.

My condolences to his family and friends. It's always sad when someone goes before their time, especially when that person is such an enthusiast like Mr Horvath seems to have been.

As a tribute, the papermag he started will have a final release, dedicated to his work. We already started to organize, and it will be available on his birthday.

BTW I already mentioned that we should have to start a "hall of fame" stuff...

I remember that name Reynolds, actually i remember reading it on a number of occasions and about the only place that would have been (especially living so far away in Australia) i suspect would have been from the disk magazines about the Amiga Scene in Europe which i would sit there for hours reading on a regular basis.

A very sad loss, and as many have already expressed "at such a young age!"

R.I.P. Peter. Too young, too soon. My condolences to all his family and friends, my thoughts will be with you all in this difficult time

Hall of heros/fame, this is a must. What a way to show our appreciation and dedication to all the people we have lost. I cant believe this has not been done yet

Come on MODS! Surely you can create some kind of dedication page for our lost and departed friends.
