The IPF's are error free. As the game works on a plain A500 config (which was the target platform anyway). Why should the IPF's have errors anyway? That a crack works on 1200 doesn't mean anything.

It is fairly common for originals to not work on A1200.
Actually, the same thing can be said about cracks just as well... it really depends on when the original appeared etc.

We DO NOT and WILL NOT modify any disk.
EVER
for ANY reason, including, but not limited to making the game code compatible with different machines.

There is zero reason to run an a500 game on an a1200.
The best you can hope for is that it does not crash.
Usually it does without disabling CPU caches etc.

The only exception is fully OS legal, but otherwise annoyingly slow games. Insert your favourite simulator, adventure or strategy title here.
Those do benefit from a faster machine.

If you want to play on an A1200 regardless - which is again absolutely pointless for an OCS and/or ECS title under an emulated environment - your best bet is to use whdload.
