Brill! Wish I could do things like that!

I had a go at making EAB AVS presets for Winamp, but didn't know what I was doing. I was hoping that someone was going to make a better job of it. Why don't you have a go? My attempt can be found in the Goodies section at http://www.abime.net/

Sorry but that filled vector on the first demo,is NOT programmed, is it? That's what I was referring to. I knowall the movements look like actionscripted, and surely are. I was referring to the filledvector.

By the way, Ive got a problem with my sine routine... seems like the frequency likes to start rising...but i cant trace the prob. The formula seems to be fine! Can you share your sine actionscript code with me? I'll try to post myexperimentsoyousee what happens withit.

nice to see another flash dev welcome aboard!

Wink

yes the first version it was "Fake" filled vector...

first it was a game... but now... it's serious.
so, the next release will be real vectors (now i'll work with MX)...

The Sine code:
(simplified version)

_x++;
_y=n+Math.sin(_x)*amplitude;
ac++;

have fun

what's N and what is ac? I worked with the real harmonic movement formulaes, I think I complicated it a bit with it. Check your email, I just sent it to you
BTW about vectors... you mean FILLED vectors?That'd be hard. I managed to build linevectors only...
