Are you talking about the 667 vs the 800 flex? If so then, yes they are both as stable as each other because apart for the CPU speed they are the same thing. If you mean flex vs non-flex then there have been some issues with the flex, most of which have been addressed (I think) with a recent OS4.1 hotfix.

BTW, you can't buy the 800mhz anymore.

Nova..I'm referring to the 667 flex and 800 flex! I read somewhere that the 667 is the more stable of the two in the long haul

I don't think that's true, the 800's are just as stable as the 667's.

Welp, I am typing this on my Sam 800mhz via OWB 3.15 and the machine is far more stable than any of my classic machines ever were... I am enjoying 22 inch LCD of 1680x1050 ARGB32... I have 850megs of free memory... All the Sata ports are populated 2 x HD & 2 x DVDRW...

I never had a 667mhz Flex but I do own a 667mhz ep and that was just as rock solid... it now lives in a antistatic bag as a backup board... Italy is a long way from NZ...

I have 2 SAMs and waiting on the next model... Wheeee!

Live is good when you have a steady job and don't have any other vices but CPUs... heh

@ Slayer
good to know I think I got my mind set on the 733 Samantha.

btw...did they figure out the problems some Sam owners were having when they had both 512Mb slots (i.e 1 GB total) occupied yet?
