Still Does Not Work!! Hurrrgh!

I have bought the pc-amiga network kit from amigastuff.co.uk and when i got the setup ready i was thinking it was going to be an easy ride but NO WAY !!!! the bloody thing is doing my head in i have started the pc first then the amiga and nothing!The amiga side is ok cos when i try the mountpcks2 it states pc device is already mounted but when i go to the pc after double clicking pc-amRES a black dos window opens with 3 lines stating bad command file name the under that it states pc-amiga transfer then uner that it states resident installed (so what does that mean it's running on the pc or not?????) If anyone can help me on this to get the blumming thing working please tell me.I have phoned the technical support number and it's not recognised i tried 4 times and emailing them for help would probably be slower than snail mail LOL.

Do not use the resident version if you are running under Windows, use the main executable PC2AMIGA.EXE or PC2AMDEB.EXE (debug) instead. Just remember to start the PC side host before mounting on the amiga side.
