Last Ninja 2 ZX Spectrum longplay

Just made a longplay of the ZX Spectrum version of Last Ninja 2.

It's a decent port except that there is no music or sound at all during the levels

Thanks

Yeah, I love the Last Ninja games, they're awesome

I'm talking about the C64 versions of course, the other ones are not by far as good.. but this port was decent, if only it had music

I don't know where you get the patience to play a mute & monochromatic ugly game like this

laffer,

nobody will watch this video

No one will watch the majority of videos I make, that doesn't stop me from making them

Oh and the game isn't ugly, I think it looks pretty good.

I always liked the clean look of well-drawn mono speccy gfx. Mind you I did have a C64 as well! And I found the vid interesting as I never got very far in that game!

Max Headroom! Blast from the misty past... And I agree with Janusz, if you enjoy a game, why not record it and share? No man alive has the time to play every single game on every platform, and I confess I occasionally enjoy a playthrough with the evening sandwich. (At least proper ones where the player doesn't use trainer/slowmo, referring to some RAG vids now...)

Hi laffer,

nice longplay! (I'm still waitin' for your worst game cover mix vid )
The version reminded me a bit of the original Gameboy gfx and the missing music and sound effects is really disapointing But it's not bad (of course the C64 version owns it ).
Thanks for your efford to record this old gem in so many different versions

I considered adding the C64 tunes to the longplay... but I decided to keep it the way it was. But Last Ninja games need music!

They need sound effects also! Beating someone up is no fun if he doesn't scream.

Is it me, or does it take ages to get someone to drop in this version? At least the jumping is done properly
