Akumajou Dracula X - Gekka no Yasoukyoku
Assault Suit Leynos 2 is an excellent "frantic" game and i also like Silhouette Mirage (Treasure games are excellent!) Not sure if i have played any of the others in that list but i will check them out

I own a PC Engine Duo and know the pain of unreadable game text. This can't stop me.

You had one of this PAL modified US TurboGrafx machines? Holy crap, must be a great disappointment for you. A PC-Engine Duo/Turbo Duo with a RGB mod in 60Hz NTSC. Sweet!!!

Yeah i had it for about a week and then sold it to a friend who wanted it for some strange reason I have owned lots of consoles but never a PC Engine or Core Grafx! I will probably get one and give it a try.... Will it need a mod to play US games too?

A PC Engine Core plays Japanese games only. Well, there is the Tototek flashcart for roms.

PC Engine Duo: plays Japanese HuCard games and JP/US CD games.
Turbo Duo: play US TurboChips only, and JP/US CD games.

There's an adapter for the TurboGrafx which allows you to play JP HuCards. Pretty rare and very expensive.

http://www.mmmonkey.co.uk/

^^^ faaaaaaaaaaar and away the best Saturn modding guides.

The swap trick can indeed damage your Saturn, a modchip is a must unless you can get your hands on one of the Columbia dev discs (allows you to boot any copies)

If only there was somewhere with links to all these places and a Saturn specific forum....

I also have a "4M Auto" Action Replay Plus cartridge manufactured by EMS What version is your one? Mine is Version 2.02 and i was wondering if there were any newer than that?
I have both a Jap and UK Saturn so i only use the Action Replay as a RAM cart and to back-up saves

I am guessing they are for model 2 Saturns? I only own Jap+UK model 1 Saturn's as i never really liked the "cheaper" later revisions!
