I can transfer ADFS to floppy from pc to amiga no problem. 90% of the transfers work but other adfs transferred dont boot up. Why?

possibly they are non-dos adfs? Hard to tell what the problem is without more specific info.

Amiga setup?
Method of transfer?
Software used to write adfs onto floppy?
Adfs that dont work names?
