MERCENARY - Escape from Targ

In what I feel to be an absolute travesty, EAB continue to deny that Mercenary is the best game ever.

To establish whether you are all simply craptive loving sheep, or innocent Mercenary virgins, I propse a poll......

Voting is compulsory and will of course be totally nonanonymous

None. Played it for all of 3 minutes installing it for whdload, other than that, not interested at all!

And I didn't tick the captive box because I've never bothered playing that either!

i spent my pocket money on the C64 Version back in those early days.
Then next i found my self saving for an amiga 500 in 1990 and obtained the Tenstar pack which had - Mercenary: Escape from Targ and The Second City
i loved the feel of flying around Targ and shooting down the Atari structure.

I played it on my old Atari 800 XL, where it was quite good, for an Amiga game it's shit.

Captive is also shit, so I haven't voted either.

Great game, one of the best for the C64... Never got into the Amiga version.

I loved and played it to death on my C64, and me and my dad completed it. Never really gone back to it since but it is jolly ace.
