Stupid things happen.

Here in Australia, TV1 (PayTV channel) approached ABC (Australian Government owned channel) about purchasing Countdown (Pop show where artists get up on stage and Lip Sync their hearts out).

ABC Turned back around and informed TV1 that half of the archives had been *Destroyed*, and TV1 were willing to "Pay any price".

Hello Denis,

Thank you for contacting us and your kind help in offering these files!
Indeed, they will be VERY useful for an upcoming project we have that we
will be offering our fans!

If indeed you have all the other remaining titles in IPF format, that would
be VERY helpful for us. We have not been successful in contacting SPS about
getting such archival versions of our titles.

Your help is truly appreciated and we will ensure you receive a free copy of
the new product we will be releasing next year!

Thanks,

Lars Batista

Cinemaware

PS : all known titles from Cinemaware sent to them....let's see what's happens next

Please tell Cinemaware that if they upload the source code to Wings then we, the Amiga Community, will code Wings II for them. Thank you and have a nice day.

hehehe cool one YoJoe In the Cinemaware forum thread I linked to you can find an e-mail address, why not mail them ?? Though, since they looked for copies of the original games, I doubt they have the source code anywhere in their archieves

I agree with you dlfrsilver, Lars replied to me very fast too.... but I know that they have an awful track record for updating their website.... so it's not all strawberries and cream
