Sad, but very true.
Apart from all the faithful Amiga conversions the platform had some real original classics that will be unknown outside RiscOS circles.

By the time the A3000 was released, the Amiga 500s price had been to chopped to about half that of the A3000, so it's no surprise.

nothing beats my memories of a C64 with a tapedrive (the coloured bars while loading), swapping cassettes at school, simple coding, cracking some games, playing, drawing, printing (printshop!), db and wordprocessing and so many other things. Even with the amiga I never was so creative as back in the 80s (I had a C64 from 1984 till 1988)

1. ZX Spectrum

My favourite christmas present as as a kid and my introduction into a wonderful new world. After going through a few different models i eventually ended up with my first Amiga

2. Sony Playstation

New player on the block and the gem that finally brought some of the kick arse arcade games into your home. Never wanted a console as i always wanted something more than just a games machine but as the Amiga software was starting to dry up in the late 90's i wasn't one bit interested in a PC at the time due to constant hardware upgrading so this was my choice.
