[Found: Resolution 101] "Scaled pixels" - "fly in a skyscraper city"

Hey,

Looking for an old game from about 1990 using blitter scaled sprites like Unreal (or After Burner etc, you know what I mean) where you fly with a little 'ship' through a city with tall buildings.

IIRC there was a display of a face in the status bar at the bottom showing who radio'ed a message to you.

Any ideas?
