Little Amiga game music Youtube clip :)

I just made a little clip on Youtube with some of my favourite Amiga game music.. only reason I made it a video is so I could put it on Youtube.. most people are too lazy to download anything and it's nice to have up in case I want to show off the Amiga to people who don't know what it is. The quality isn't perfect of course seeing as it's Youtube but it's not *that* bad.

Anyway, here's the link -

Thanks, but there is music from Project-X SE instead from Project-X. In another compilation you got strange sound when pick up the diamonds in Turrican 2.

Yes I know about that Turrican 2 sound.. no idea why. I don't think it really matters though.

And you're right about the Project-X music, damn

Thanks

People told me on MSN that just watching game boxes was boring so I added some gameplay stuff as well.. it's the same video only with some gameplay footage instead of just showing the game boxes.
For some reason WMM *and* Ulead both gave me slightly choppy vids.. it's not too bad though but enough to annoy me a lot.. it's especially noticable on the Pinball clip.

EDIT - if someone else has had this choppiness problem and know how to solve it, please tell me! I've tried everything I can think of, spent an entire day trying to get rid of it but to no avail.

There's music from The Lost Vikings but the gameplay shows Lotus 3 ...

I always thought it was in Zool first but I captured it from Lotus 3 so that's the picture I used. I might be very wrong though.

Perhaps I should not have used that tune, at least five people have commented on that one.

The lotus Zool tune is a cut down 3channel , somewhat tighter version of the track in the Zool game. The larger track in zool isn't really better imo. I think the first version was on the Zool demo disc, CU amiga probably.

Great vid, would have added cannon fodder and gods instead of going back to beast and lotus again. Possibly some of the fun lemmings tunes and ignition from pinball dreams. Maybe there's a amiga game music compilation 2 vid on the way?

hmm.. from memory that is completely different arrangement in Zool, but very similar and what would appear to be an identical sampleset. Same author? I dont remember it in Lost Vikings..

Yeh very cool Laffer. You know it could invoke some fresh interest from the vast youtube community.. maybe add some shameless plugs at the end to some of the top ami sites like EAB, HOL, Lemon, WinUAE etc.. and possibly some more games (rpg, adventure, strategies etc.), aaaand maybe an intro screen explaining what ppl are looking at.
neway lol.. just sum suggestions. Again - top work

Thanks

I think I'll make another one, can anyone suggest some games with awesome music? The music is what's important in these vids.. remember, I can't use more than around 40 secs or so from each game.

Oh I forgot to mention - it would be nice if the cool track is on the menu screen or the first level or something... I don't really feel like finishing many levels in each game
