Stop me if you've heart this one before. Investor "owns" Company A

Company A has never produced anything or made any money (of significance)
Company A says they have some sort of intellectual property, preferably source code
Company A sues anyone they think they can make money from, cos well, it works or by the time it fails anyone who would have made some money is long gone.

Bill go shake hands, get Hyperon developers working with you toward a common goal, so what if they sponsor another Amiga clone, does it matter for now, several Amiga models (licenced in someway) have a better chance in multiple markets and its not like your gona topple MS or Apple so soon is it.
To topple them, I think the need a little bit more than homebrew motherboard with a CPU good enough to run 10year old software at the most.

Should get some hardware to make companies like NewTek and RealSoft interested in the platform again.... now that would make sense.

B. McEwen "If called as a witness, I could and would competently testify" - is that not boardering on purgury if not something of a first where the amiga is concerned

Not quite. At first it seemed so. But now regarding the statements of Hyperion and the Friedens I find their argumentation much more coherent than the one of A.Inc.
Let's see what happens next...

Damn....Hyperion V.O.F. seems to be a solar center, pedicure, manicure and body massage salon. No wonder there OS is taking so long. OS4 is not their core buisiness

Is it just me, but does this seem to be a battle for the title of "the biggest turd in the septic tank"?

personally its a waste of US citizens tax-dollars and time.

its an interesting read though.....

just before amiga-washinton when tits-up they tried to claw back the OS from hyperon, but by the time they came up with the money all the rights from amiga.inc-washinton had been sold to kronos *owned by the same people* (in a back hand deal with themselfs) amiga-washington then went belly up with over $200,000 debit with no assets (funny that).... then low and be-hold Kronos change name to amiga.inc-delaware .... with all the suposed assets, the same people running it and 100% debt free!

Hyperon should of refused the last money order and claimed the work done under the agreement of amiga.inc-washington insolvencey

i am not sure wich turd is biggest.... what ever happens i am sure this battle will be one by the fastest turd that gets to the surface first!

a question for american guys.
how many times could take for the jury to have a decision in the battle between hyperion and a.inc.
I hope it will be not too long.

I am an American.
I don't give a shit about Shitmiga, only the classic models, PPC expansion, and WinUAE stuff.

And as for how long for a decision? Could take years or a week. Who knows?
