Hmmm... any info on that addon card? to me it looks like an EISA card for old PC's?

Seems that Mame will support it very soon.

This will be a great shot to see my dream come true: my amiga favorites games in mame!!!! Simply fit an whld load game on a cd, dump it as iso, convert it as chd and then add as a new driver in "custom" mame

More simple then adding floppy support to the "arcadia" hardware in mame support.
