Very good news. You are an unstoppable treasure-hunter. Is there a name for this game?

Hi
I know a game for Amiga which was never released nor finished as far as I remember. It was also a car game. It should have 16 racing map using extra half bright to make shadow. Basically a Karting race game. Again the Amiga market was dying and they switch to an Adventure game for the PC. Which was sold only in Germany.
I still know where the gfx artist is but don't know about the main coder. So it would probably be very difficult to find the game data and source code. But who knows. Its a french project.

Bah, serves me right for not looking at AMR!
It was the only game in HOL that met the criteria.

I was laughing at the comment. You probably didn't read the set of circumstances i.e. read this post:

If you mean Paolo D'Urso aka Modem/Ex-Darkage who is italian, then for sure it was not him. There were plans in DKG to make a car racing game, some (buttugly) 64k intro was released that was supposed to show the capabilities of the engine but that was all. You can find the intro here: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=13913. I left DKG in 2001 but I'm sure there was nothing like a Car game released.
Virtual Karting on the other hand was coded by Fabio Bizetti who is also Italian.
