Iv just watches all your last ninja videos .....but i have a question ???
i dunno if anyone else has noticed but for the amiga version...last ninja remix looks better than last ninja 2....and last ninja remix for the amiga is actually last ninja 1...where as on the 64 it was last ninja 2 ???

and just to totally confuse the issue....last ninja remix on the amiga looks better that last ninja 3.....it looks more 64 ish ???

Now if you can get your head around that lot your totally sober

Hehe Last Ninja 2 was the first one to be released for the Amiga and it was a horribly lousy port.
When Last Ninja 2 Remix was made for the C64 (I guess they made this one since they wanted to put it on cartridge and decided to change the music and add an intro so even some people who already had the tape/disk version would buy it.. I don't know though), they decided to release Last Ninja 1 as Last Ninja Remix for the Amiga. The graphics are pretty nice but the difficulty level is ruined.. the enemies are far too easy to defeat in that version.
Last Ninja 3 is the last one to be released on the Amiga and it's the only one made in-house by System 3. LN3 is my favourite Last Ninja game for the Amiga.

Thanks Laffer it now makes a little more sense
As much as i tried to like LN3 it just wasnt what my expectations hoped. LN2 on the 64 was the ultimate for me. And when the "American Ninja" film came out i played it to death once again...However Ninja Gaiden for xbox did give me the Last ninja feeling again there was something similar about that game a bit like what you would expect an up to date remake would be. they should have called that one "Return of the Last Ninja "

For me as well.. though LN1 is almost as good I think. However, on the Amiga, both LN1&2 are pretty flawed and thus LN3 is my favourite on that system.. and it's actually pretty good if you get used to the weird controls and confusing levels.

LN1 was the landmark ...It really was in a class of its own. LN2 was the icing on the cake...better animations , better gfx and the american theme clinched it....They should have let him do LN4

Another game in the same mould from system3 i waited for was Vendetta...But i finished that in less than 2 hours nearly every damn day i went in town to see if it was in the shops
