Question Is there a click-to-front type utility for OS3.9 that actually works OK?

In my search for a cdity that actually allows you to do a single click on a background window (either border or body) to bring it on top, I tried many from aminet (some actually did nothing on 3.9), and only found really working on AOS3.9 the "WindowToFront" one.... but even that, after some time stops to work?!!
I was wondering what people use for that purpose on 3.9 setups?

I use FREEWHEEL which has a click to front and back option

apart from allowing the mousewheel to be used (Cocolino adapter)

TWO clicks required though.
