An interesting note about the SleepWalker & Pinball Fantasies CD32 release if you are looking for original.
There seems to exist different 2 releases of this game, 1 without cd covers and another with inlay cover, the cds themselfs are a little different too:

Here is pic of mine:

the one to right is the cd only edition and left, with the inlay cover.
