Amiga Developers Conference during Pianeta Amiga

Empoli (Florence) - Italy - 1st September 2006. The team of Pianeta Amiga is happy to announce the first Amiga Developers Conference that will be held on Saturday 23rd september 2006 from 2:00 PM (italian time) during Pianeta Amiga show in Empoli (Florence) Italy.

The conference will be held by some of the AmigaOs4's developers and well known Amiga programmers (like Andrea Vallinotto of AmigaOs 4 team and Andrea Palmaté) and will be focused on the development of new applications for Amiga OS 4 and porting existing software with the demonstration of some new projects. The main aim of the conference is to give Amiga OS 4's team a direct feedback from OS 4 developers and give developers the possibility to directly talk to representative of OS 4 team.

About Pianeta Amiga - Pianeta Amiga is the biggest Amiga event in Italy, its tenth edition will be held on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th september 2006 in Palaesposizioni in Empoli (near Florence in Italy). All route information is available at the web site of Pianeta Amiga www.pianetaamiga.it

I've heard about Utopias, but a conference on developing for an OS that has no future, no hardware, nor possibility to port to other hardware, which no user can really aquire for any price, let alone the usual exhobitant - borderline extortionatist - price, really takes the cake!

Boy i can't wait to buy this Vapourware!

Ehehehehe.
Last year i was at Pianeta Amiga, and the DEV conference was a merely slideshow (of Upcoming OS4)using Hollywood.

It's 5 years OS4 is coming and despite the PA homepage, this year the full version will not show at the italian show
