How do I make an iso file?

I have MYST for Amiga, but it is on CD. I want to make an iso file (or some other format I can mount on Daemon Tools 4.03), but I do not have Nero (since I do not have CD or DVD writer).

What should I do?

You can use Isobuster to create a Bin & Cue. Just rightclick on "CD" and follows my screenshot.

MagicISO is also an excellent tool that can create ISO files and convert just about any image type to iso.
