Also did u say you'd re-done all the tunes to higher quality cause i've just downloaded agony intro tune and it's still 128kbps?

you'll have to watch your bandwidth of your site cause it will get hammerd round here

keep adding those tunes m8!

unlike some people i love the tunes as mp3's sort of future proofs them
Thanks, As for the pictures the left is taken by me in Denia(East coast Spain), Wher I live for now and the other of the sea is taken in Wonderful New Zealand. Not far from my home there.

I'm slowly working on the site and the tunes added more each time I can. The bandwitdh could kill me in the end...But for now its ok...

Sorry not all tunes are 192kb/s, just flashback was redone and shadow of the beast plus a few others. Agony will be resampled later at 192kb/s. But there is alot of work to be done.

I think Mp3 will future proof it more and for example, download the mod file and guess what ?? Hang on most of the tune is missing (sword of sodan for example) or it sounds a bit different. I try to recrod the tune as the amiga plays it and ALL the tune unlike many mod files.....

Nice, great Qty! Listening to Dune now. Good stereo balance too. Thanks for your hard work.
Any other tunes you have would be great - of course again you'll get the credit for it!

I've also created a Amiga Blog, so ppl can see what it is I'm working on and preview clips before I upload them. Also an Option to vote for the next tunes or suggest a tune to vote for.

Nice site.

Why are the songs zipped ?

You should also include the original version of the Agony title (as intented by the composer) instead of the faulty version that's in the game (one of the samples is in wrong octave). You can find it there: http://se.exotica.org.uk/tunes/unexo...mes/Agony.html

Also, may I request Goldrunner title ? It's the greatest tune there is despite of it's atari/c64 kind of sound...

Thanks & since gold runnerhas been requested about 2-3 times i will look into it. And Agony, I was unaware it was faultly the original title track. Will check that out too.

Zipped files? - 2 reasons -

1st & main reason:

download sizes are about 10% less. Saving you download time and my bandwitdh (a little)

2nd reason:

Its a pain in the arse when you click a mp3 link and your mp3 player starts to stream it and play it on the spot. For example "ABC" Media player wants to embed it in the page and play it there and then or in the player!) Your forced to right click and save-as. I'm sure someone here knows what i'm talking about...

This is a godsend to people who can't run DeliPlayer/UADE. Or who want to listen to this kind of stuff on their MP3 player with a minimum of fuss.

Sorry for the ressurection, but I can't figure out how the hell do I download single files from Amigamusic.com? The only download link I can find is a torrent for every single file on the site....

Doesn't seem possible, but if you're after the modules to use in Protracker then try Amiga Music Preservation (AMP) http://amp.dascene.net/ unfortunately it appears to be down atm

MP£, try here http://modp3.mikendezign.com/index.php?special=demos
