Classic game and quite rare to get a full copy with map and everything hence the price i'd say 31 is over the top but if 2 people want it and is only 1 on ebay then this is what happens think i paid about a 10er for mine and very good condition too!

Like Moonstone and the late Ultima games, not really rare or even uncommon.....just a classic collectible game released on a range of 8/16 bit platforms and, in this case, conceived by the pioneer of strategy sims, Sid Meier. I remember being quite enthused by Pirates on the C64 and putting up with some tedious multiloading off disk. When I came across a bug that prevented me from getting any further in the C64 version that I had, I had to wait a long 2 years to play it properly on the A500. I was blown away by how much better it was on the Ami and spent the better part of a year addicted to it. My only regret was that I was never able to get a rating any higher than 99/100. To this day it still haunts me a little!
