Exclamation New oldskool ASCII newsletter due for release

Hi EABers,

We are currently working on a new ASCII based newsletter entitled 'OldskoolUK News' which is basically a production containing news, msgs, greets and good old ascii art. It's basic aim was to recreate a mini diskmag type prod in an oldskool Amiga style - great for the nostalgic amongst you.

It will be released as both txt and html versions so is compatible with Amiga and PC platforms.

The disk/webmag production is a near impossible thing to do these days but hopefully a low maintainence prod such as this will prevail?

If you would like more information on the whole thing and a screen grab teaser - plz navigate your way to the below thread on our forum.

http://s10.invisionfree.com/Old_Skoo...?showtopic=549

Your input is appreciated - any questions then feel free to ask.

Cheers,

DaZZaBoY

Nice1. Enjoy!

Been a good few leeches on it now and have had no feedback so far. Hopefully, no news is good news.

Hello oldskool fans,

I'm gonna be adding a few new areas to the newsletter before next release and I'm currently compiling a 'Retro RoundUp' feature for it.

If anyone would like to add any views or reviews on any old Amiga intros, demos, mags etc then submit to me and I'll add them. Any good reviews I get will also be passed over to Canine at Demoin Download (www.demondownload.dk) for adding to his database.

Also, Shockwave from Dark bit Factory is currently coding a sweet retro looking reader for our prod, so that'll be worth a look for added effect.

Will keep this thread updated.

Cheers.
