Use Total Commander with the AmigaDx plug in.

Or....

Why not use WinUAE?

Add directory in Hard Drives properties.

Add Workbench.adf to DF0 if you don’t have a harddisk setup like AIAB/Amiga SYS

Add you adf to spare drive (DF1)

Boot workbench, open your adf, goto Show > All files, open HD, copy files (drag, drop)

If I remember there's a procedure to get the plugin working, something like copy the plugin to \plugins directory and then go to the options, find the plugin part and add in the file extension. Something like that. Can't tell you exactly as I'm at work and it's on my home PC...

I'm sure one of the other users here can clarify

Ok, try this:

... Download and extract the file "AmigaDX.wcx" from the archive "amigadx.zip" to \TotalCmd\Plugins\WCX.
... Run Total Commander.
... Select Configuration --> Options.
... From under Operation click Plugins.
... From under Packer plugins (.WCX) click the Configure button.
... Now type adf in the box next to "All files with extension (ending with)".
... Click New type..., and then select AmigaDX.wcx.
... Click Ok.

You should be read to view file and ultimately extract files from some .adf files

I was just about to say, but Bippym was faster.

Only Amiga DOS ADFs you can open with ADF view or with any other option suggested here.

If your talking Amiga files.... There are several ways but the simplest way is to boot up WinUAE with 3.1 Workbench and open DOpus (located at bottom of Workbench screen). This program allows you to copy/move/delete files and a whole lot more.

If i'm wrong then somebody shoot me!!!
