Nice, I "normal" DVD with just the PC-version would be really cool. Especially if it's on an ftp. Very nice that someone takes the bother to make theese things.

Yeah, but I got the impression it was a dual-layer-thing that worked both on the xbox and the PC, but not as much space was needed just for PC, but on the other hand, the game-images should be the same.... So i guess the size-diffrence shouldn't be large? In any case its a kick-ass project.

yep, normally the pc should be able to access the game-images too. so there should be no huge difference...

Xport have informed me that they are updating Winuaex ( as we speak ) so im just doing a little tweaking to try and see if i can implement a hdd installer so you will have the choice of running from dvd or HDD.

Also i think i have found another way round for Xbox and PC to share the same game directory ( which didnt work last time ) so fingers crossed i could be back to the good old 4 gig DVD.

And to answer the question above..
The PC menu and runnable games from it are whats taking all the room on the DVD

I have just been talking to Xport who have informed me they are currently updating WinuaeX so assuming it will be finished this week i may hold a couple of days to import the new version on the DVD !!
If you have any updates and i have time to implement them i would love to !!

Preferably like you made them for me last time would be perfect and it would only take minutes to swap over....Let me know what you think mate as they are your setups and i want you to be happy with whats released ....
I have a 4 meg connection so if you have an FTP or even mail me ...i can take up to 30 meg i could get right on it
No problems, your DVD looks great. I've already fallen in love with the menu screens a long time ago!

As for the ClassicWB packs, it's not really an issue. As I said, I realise they won't be used for launching games, only nostalgia. Plus I can't remember what I did for you last time, it was so long ago! I think I created some small HDFs??

The most up-to-date packs are here:

http://classicwb.abime.net/

but no sweat about updating them on your DVD. I may do it myself once I get a test copy - I'll update, burn and send a copy back!

Anyway, good luck with finishing.

Hmmm, didn't realise! Forgot you have WHDload stuff as well as ADFs running from the DVD. In that case, then they will need to be updated as WHDload is now on version 16.5.

I'll put something together for you; just remind me what format I used last time and I'll either post them out or make them downloadable for you to update.

I LOVED Tribute I so Trib II is spot on in my opinion, glad this project is alive. I would love a PC only version as my DVD player is only single layer and there isn't a dual boot version for the Wii
