A nice public Amiga FTP

Hi all,

I found this nice site recently http://aen.da.ru/

The guy that runs gives details of his FTP.

It looks to be a good resource of Classic games Coverdisks Diskmags Demos Assassins PD game discs plus a bit more.

I havent linked directly to the FTP out of courtesy to the owner.

Yeah, that's Godflesh's FTP. He has a terrible reputation for some reason (before my time), plus I can never seem to get onto any of the FTPs. His FTP has been up for at least 8 years, so I don't think that any amount of wankery from anyone regarding sub-standard first person shooters will shut him down.

You are right of course, Planetemu is faster and bigger. BUT with BTTR gone now, it is nice to give an alternative to PlanetEmu which is getting really hammered. Do you know how long Planetemu will last?

Having research the name Godflesh, it looks like I have stumbled across a bit of a weeping sore here at EAB.

Personally I dont know anyone involved so am saying nothing

Most of the adfs you could ever need is on planetemu... the rest are CD32 and Amiga CD which most of them are several 100s of MBs.... and I only have 12kb/upload speed... so can't upload them sorry... got most of them from emule... so look there.

Or, you could just do everything the easy way, but it involves money.

I got on this FTP straightaway too but it didn't have what i was looking for still blagged a couple of bits tho, I heard he's got a bad rep too but that can happen to anyone ppl make mistakes, (myself and certain others included too) sometimes your just not allowed to move on and be forgiven for past mistakes! (i don't know what happend with the guy btw just saying time is a great healer or should be )

If anyone could point me in the direction of the Assassins utils disks i'd be really greatfull (building my real A1200 back up and need some stuff off those disks thanks guys)
