Ateo network & gfx cards on A1200 with AteoBus

Although I manage to transfer data to/from my amiga with removable hard disks, the coolest thing would be to have an ethernet card, but I don't see any solution for A1200 custom tower (AteoBus). There was the french AteoNet card, but it's not available anymore.
The AteoBus still has 3 free ISA slots, and I was wondering if there were some old ISA ethernet card that could be compatible with the AteoBus.
And maybe a faster or a spare gfx card, if it's available...

http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search....&base=dec&pid=

I had a close look at the gfx card that Ateo delivered with the AteoBus, and it looks like an old ISA Cirrus-based card, but with the brand dutifully scratched so you cannot trace it to the manufacturer (and buy the same card, just cheaper). The bastards! And now they don't exist anymore.

A solution for me would be to put the gfx card on an old Win98 ISA PC and check the manufacturer, but all my PCs have on PCI now.

Anyone knows which gfx and/or network cards are compatible with AteoBus? With the proper information, I should be able to get one of those cards for 1$ on ebay...

Dear Jotd,

there are photos of various allegedly AteoBus compatible cards here:

http://www.sautebroussailles.net/upg...bus_cards.html

According to this, the AteoNet can be replaced by a NE2000 compatible Plug&Play 16-bit ISA card (most probably based on the Realtek RTL8019AS chip), and the Pixel64 can be replaced by a ISA videocard with the Cirrus CL-GD5434 chip on it. Also the AteoSCSI is just a plain Adaptec ISA SCSI card, and most probably the AteoPar/AteoSer are also standard ISA LPT/COM cards...

I don't know if it is true, but if it is, you can get replacements of Ateo compatible cards very cheap, indeed. (There is also a link there to all kinds of Ateo-related drivers and utilities.)

Thanks for this information. I just ordered a NE2000 compatible network card for only 9 euro.

AteoBusPrefs recognizes it, Miami (configured as SANA-II Ethernet) is able to query and get MAC address and other stuff, but when I'm going online the amiga freezes when Miami is displaying "finding hostname". IRQ problem? (same freeze with AmiTCP BTW). Is the PnP feature a problem? I don't see jumpers on the network card to disable it, nor any IRQ jumpers.
