Tried both the WOS and the 68k version
WOS version works ok but the 68k version is very buggy..crashes alot

That's funny, i've used to that WOS-versions usually have the problems, not 68k. But nice to have it the other way sometimes.

so this

http://people.freenet.de/uweryssel/scumm_en.html

is now redundant? as in inferior...

I remember using the warpos version of this to drive day of the tentacle... everything seemed to work fine... didn't play it for very long however and I can't recall there being any sound...

perhaps it was an earlier version...
