Thumbs up Four Tower Software games released as PD

Richard Brown, Managing Director of Tower Software, and author of several card and board games for the Amiga has agreed to release the following titles into the public domain. They are released on the proviso that they are distributed as is and in their complete form. All rights to the games are retained by Richard Brown of Tower Software.

Excellent Card Games
Excellent Card Games 2
Excellent Card Games 3 AGA
Serious Backgammon

Images of the disks can be downloaded from the links above (scroll down to the bottom of the hol record)

If you like these games please consider purchasing the Windows versions which are all currently still available (see: http://www.towersoftware.co.uk).

If you can help us with the two MIA Tower Software titles please let the hol team know (list of titles: http://hol.abime.net/search.php?N_ref_publisher=608)

Thanks Richard

These are really good. My Mum has been playing one of these for years (can't remember which one it is).

That's freeware, not public domain. If they were public domain, he'd wave all rights to them and you could distribute them how you wanted, decompile them, hack about with the source code, recompile them and distribute those, too.

Good news anyway, though.

I'm using the exact words that were used by Richard Brown in the letter he sent me...
