Keropi : what Towerhawk do you have ?? Ex 1 or Ex 2 ???

Is the following busboard the one you need ??? It´s the busboard for the Towerhawk where the motherboard is placed on the right side (=Ex 2) of the tower and not on the left side (=Ex 1) ... I got it for my Towerhawk Ex 1 but when I received it I discovered that there seems to be a difference between Ex 1 and Ex 2 so I have written this to The Big Book Of Hardware including my own picture that you see now

THX, please tell him to put it on Ebay if he wants to conduct an auction?

This commercial sale is NOT good for EAB.....

Well,i don't really understand why this is a problem in the "Marketplace"....This is where people put things up for sale
isn't it ?

I mean What is wrong with trying to get something a bit cheaper ?

Are we meant to do this under handed business through private email instead ?

But to keep the peace.....Effy....please stick this on Ebay !

Methanoid : I also don´t see what´s wrong with THX1138 trying to get a lower price. It´s not like we use bad language or so. As far as I remember my lessons of the ancient Rome, a marketplace is a place where people buy and sell goods and where the price can be discussed. Personally I would prefer to do a sale in a pub with a fresh pint of beer, but the EAB will do just fine when there´s no beer
To make one things clear, I am not the owner of these cards, just the one trying to sell them for somebody else who has got a price in his head. If I have to put this on Ebay then I would have to ask 9% of 225 euro more, meaning 245,25 euro (5% Ebay fees + 4% PayPal fees) to finally get the same amount of money, 225 euro that the seller wants. And I don´t see why THX1138 would want to pay 20,25 euro extra for the same thing

Effy, I have NO PROBLEM with THX making an offer but I do wonder whether the number of sales of items you have made in recent weeks indicates you are running some sort of business and to do so using EAB is something I don't like. I could be wrong, you might just have millions of parts of Amiga kit you personally own (not bought and sold) but I know that other users have noticed this too.

Methanoid : fact is that I do have three A1200 towers and two A4000D´s and two A4000 empty towers and plenty of hardware (not really a lot but still). Other fact is that the only thing I sell frequently are 128 Mb modules for Blizzard (and other) A1200 cards. The Cyberstorm MK3 and the following hardware are not mine but from somebody else in Belgium that I met on AmigaClub.be and I offered him to sell the stuff for him :

-Soundcard Sunrize AD516 + software + AHI driver (50 Eur)
-Picasso IV video card 4MB + software + manual (200 Eur)
-Paloma TV card for Picasso IV + software + manual (70 Eur)
-HyperCOM 3+ I/O Card + software (15 Eur)

I bought the A4000 in Micronik tower from him for 150 euro because that´s all I could afford to pay at the moment. If you want to call this "doing business" then take notice that I don´t ask a penny for the time I spend. There really aren´t many Amiga freaks in Belgium and I try to keep them in the scene as much as I can in my own way. If your friend asks you to do him a favor to sell stuff for him "because you know more people than he does" and you agree, does that mean you become a business man ???
