Damn, that's what I call a fanatic!

I'll take a picture of my gameroom soon, maybe tomorrow. I want to show off too.

Nice, although I'd keep the games in their boxes.

My game room now looks like a nursery, since my g/f booted me out to make room for our baby due in a couple of months.

Nope, no electribe.. no evolution..

from left to right:
- PC 2.6Ghz 1.5GB memory + HardSID (2x6581 + 2x8580 SID chips)
- Renoise (full registered ofcourse)
- Sennheiser HD ?? studio headphones
- Korg MicroKorg behind keyboard
- Behringer DSP2024 FX unit below microkorg
- Yamaha AMP (who carez)
- Korg MS2000 on the right of the 19"monitor
- Novation KS-Rack below that..
- Access Virus-B
- MX1604a mixer
- Yamaha S30 masterkeyboard
- 1x Amiga1200 / 160mb
- 1x "Amiga500+" (2mb)
- 4x Amiga500 with 1mb
- Action replay, 2 extra diskdrives
- 1x extra memory which can be put into the left slot of an A500 (dunno what the name is right now).. But this one is really handy for transferring disks from / to amiga500

The next thing which is going to be placed here is an elektron machinedrum!
Can't wait till then!

New Layout

I'll never tire of this thread. Here's my new setup. Dual Apple 20" Cinema Displays and a 23" LCD HDTV. Perhaps a new dual PowerMac. Unless this fall brings a new round of PowerMac updates to Cell or SMP.

Too cheap to get the 30" models?

Yeah. Can't see myself parting with that much cash for a single piece of hardware that doesn't do much. And I'm shopping for a new car or truck. Undecided.

Funny thing about the IT industry is you get to save a lot of money since you rarely have the time to spend it. Work, eat and from time to time you get to sleep. Vacations are non-existent.

Rich?? WHA HA HA
It's just a matter of choices. Each year not going on vacation but putting cash aside for studio equipment. Next month I'm finished with school and hopefully I will make some more money as a programmer then....

But you're right - the pic isn't very clear. Reason is that I've made about 20 pics, each differencing 3 degrees and putting them together in photoshop (I didn't had any experience in photo stitching). It sucks..

bytheway
The electribe sampler is on my wishlist too

The original Electribe line is full of ATTITUDE. I've got the Synth one, a friend lent me his Rythm one and I'm just missing the Sampler one which my friend thinleg has. That triad is one to rock your ass..

Regarding money, I guess our adverse exchange rate and so-so economical situation don't allow me to purchase as much. Vacation is something I haven't heard of in 6 years and nevertheless I cannot save any money, whatever extra I get during summer time it's spent in the next 2/3 months where I have no work because everyone is in vacation but me
