Lemmings CDTV/CD남 confusion?

Okay, Lemmings was originally released on the CDTV around the time of the machine's release, but I also seem to recall reading an Amiga Power review of a supposed CD남 version around three years later or so. Was this a new version or essentially the same game (content and all) re-released with a CD남 namecheck?

Apart from the packaging and labels on the CD's, both versions are 100% identical

Okies, thanks for that. BTW, could you also tell me if the re-released Islona edition of Superfrog CD (HOL) is exactly identical in content to the original CD남 release (HOL)?

I can confirm that yes it's identical, apart from a few files on the disk it's the exact same game.

Are you referring to Lemmings or Superfrog, thought I'd ask?

Hmmmm, according to this eBay auction the game was shipped in a big black Psygnosis box. I assume it's what was behind the cover displayed on here?

Yes, there is an outer sleeve which covers the black psygnosis box. The artwork is printed on the outer sleeve, the box itself is just black.

Ah, much like the original floppy edition then (which I used to have). Although it does look like they only did it for the CD남 version, whereas the CDTV one had to make do with a plain jewel case?

Nearly all CDTV specific stuff came in jewel cases, or jewel cases inside slimline cardboard boxes - not the big boxes that was the norm for Amiga/ST/PC games for so long.
