MakeCd 3.2: iso instead of raw

Is there some way to make an iso image instead of getting a raw one in MakeCD?

Or do I need some other tool to make a iso from raw?

MakeCD always creates ISO images. Just change the .raw name to .iso.

Really ? I can't believe that the extension is .raw but the image isn't in raw format (that is 2352 bytes/sector).
